too long, did not scout: create a binder named "mods" in your witcher 3 folder and copy your mods in that location
i would hold with zarrazee if the topic is challenging, like a language or how to drive a car. but .. all there is to acquire is where to copy the files ..

I am a teacher for a living and I have to say... something that seems simple in terms of a 1,2,3 step kind of a affair is actually quite challenging for others who have never seen or done something like it before. Then even something this unproblematic is a hard task for others. And so yay for the video.

this annotate is useless. if you don't demand to be a wiggle, why are you being a jerk?

We all take to provide instructions in the same format? There are already written instructions out there. This is just another way. You find it takes too much time to watch a video for something like this, simply similar I do? So what? Don't spotter, read it someplace else. But if the video IS your favorite, best way to get the info, well and so, how nice information technology is that somebody made one. No effort lost on your part except that yous took the time to poke at the nice person doing a service for those dissimilar from yourself. Seems like a waste matter of time to me to even annotate on it. Non for me, since I am mayhap preventing other people from falling into this logic trap and that gives me some satisfaction (though it diminishes the longer I spend on this).
Anyhow, thanks for the video. I'one thousand disappointed no popcorn was provided with the vide, but dissimilar Moodwaffle, I know that beggars can't be choosers--peculiarly when I can just go to the kitchen and get my own popcorn or discover my own written instructions nigh modding the Witcher.

@exxonic And we're proud of you. Glad that youhave the skills to explain how to install mods for Witcher 3. What would we do without you lot? You know, over the years I've developed the habit of punching people similar you instead of pointing out what kind of dimwits they are. And I'm sure there are a lot of others out in that location who remember like me and grew tired. So just equally a heads-upward: Don't act like that if someone is in front of y'all. Good for your wellness.

They brand videos to get viewers and earn some advert revenue. Unproblematic as that. I'd like watching useful videos, but I'd detest to watch needlessly long videos with no content.

In my personal opinion if you have the fourth dimension to make a video you take the fourth dimension to blazon up a guide, no alibi for laziness and one-half-assery, if you plan on making a guide the brand a guide, if you just plan on making a video you shouldn't call it a guide, most importantly you should recall almost the people who might be dealing with limit information for their internet or might not have the fourth dimension to watch a video and can, and exercise, understand a written guide. Give thanks you to Exxonic for just typing up the uncomplicated guide for me.

Cheers.
Merely took ane judgement.
I get why some people need videos to sympathize things, but for the literate (and especially computer literate in this case) it saves so much time to just type out the sentence instead of trying to lure clickbait views to your youtube aqueduct.

Considering modding in Witcher 3 is exceedingly difficult. You lot have to download another program that checks each modernistic for compatibility errors and then merges them all. It sucks but that'southward how you accept to modernistic this game.

The fact that not a single comment is proverb if the binder is case-sensitive is admittedly infuriating.

Exactly, and because their is no in-game indicator for mods if you install mods manually that change petty to the game you don't immediately know if yous installed it correctly.

I don't know i've tried what y'all did (create a folder and name it "mods") putting the principle mod for example such every bit the top 1 pop Hard disk drive reworked, the unicorn equus caballus to see if mods works but in-game nothing, not a unmarried modernistic in view...
If someone has an idea please help me i'm tired :c

When I install mods (e.1000. the overncumbered mod), a small popular up nigh RedEngine compiling scripts comes up. The, a box full of script compilation errors comes up, and I cannot start the game. To really play the game again, I must completely erase every Witcher 3 file off of my PC. This is now getting really frustrating and piss-taking, then how tin can I fix it? I follow the instructions to the dot (not that they are complicated) but this prevents me from modding the game.

Hey all, I was having problem too but and then noticed in the video that after the guy extracts the folder into the "mods" binder he checked that folder to make certain that "content" folder was the next folder in line. It should look like this "...\Witcher iii\mods\someMod\content", in my case I had "...Witcher 3\mods\someModv1.1\someMod\content" which did Non work.
Long story short, after extracting your mod, open upward that mod folder and navigate to the folder Only above content and copy that over that folder (the folder that contains the content folder).

Just did everything right, i take the 1.31 patch and the games are inside the folder i created chosen "mods". Not a single one works. I have no fault messages and the Script Merger doesn't observe whatever conflicts either. Then, what gives?
